2017 — 2019 · CalderaWP

Caldera Forms — Plugin Development & Add-on Ecosystem

I joined CalderaWP as a developer working on Caldera Forms, a popular open source WordPress form builder plugin, and its growing ecosystem of add-ons.

My work included building new features for the core plugin, developing and maintaining add-ons (payment gateways, CRM integrations, conditional logic), fixing bugs across the codebase, and handling support escalations that required code-level investigation.

CalderaWP was later acquired by Saturday Drive, where I continued working on form builder technology with Ninja Forms.

2016 — 2017 · LAFAB / Groupe Forum

LAFAB — Web Agency Development

I worked as a web developer at LAFAB / Groupe Forum, a website creation agency based in Saint-Raphaël, France.

The work covered a broad range of projects: building custom WordPress themes and plugins for agency clients, setting up WooCommerce stores, and developing web applications with Symfony 3. I also handled ongoing maintenance and integration of online payment solutions.

This was my first agency role — fast-paced, client-facing, and a solid foundation for the plugin-focused work that followed at CalderaWP.

OwnCloud — Private Cloud & Collaboration

I deployed and configured OwnCloud instances on private and dedicated servers for businesses that needed cloud storage and collaboration tools without relying on third-party platforms.

Each setup was tailored to the client’s infrastructure — dedicated, shared, or virtual servers. Beyond file storage, I built out project management and collaboration features using OwnCloud’s app ecosystem. The priority was always the same: full data sovereignty, no external dependencies.

PHPList — Self-Hosted Email Campaigns

I set up and customized PHPList installations on dedicated servers for clients who needed full control over their email marketing — no third-party services, all data kept in-house.

The work involved server-side configuration for bulk email delivery, building custom frontend templates for subscription and unsubscription flows, and integrating the system with existing client infrastructure. Everything ran on the client’s own servers — privacy and data ownership were the driving requirements.
